1 /5 Jagroop Singh: worst bank I see ever I’m go both branch in Madera to send $47k wire transfer first branch don’t have manager employee say I don’t have authority to send wire this amount but I try he try and then he say your account number is wrong you go to other branch I’m go other branch they also don’t have manager and only 3 employe in the bank . he just waste someone’s time

WHAT BANK DOES NOT ACCEPT CASH DEPOSIT? ILL NEVER BANK WITH THEM. MY BANK HAS BLANK DEPOSIT SLIPS AND YOU CAN DEPOSIT CASH!!! TERRIBLE BANK.

1 /5 Vakul Goyal: They are very disrespectful, I came to open new account , it seems like they don’t even care for new customer. I have been using Chase bank for a long time and was opening a secondary bank account in Madera Branch. Highly not recommend. They even didn’t honored the appointment.
1 /5 Eravis Games: First off this bank is the worst I have ever dealt with. Always a line with 1 maybe 2 tellers working other staff is walking around having a good time while customers wait upto an hour in line. They took out business service line so when a business owner is in line it takes them sometimes upto 30min with the teller. Thinking very seriously about closing my accounts and go to a credit union at least they value a customers time. Wells Fargo has turned into one of the worst banks by far. Get your act together or lose customers.

Nikolas Miler Victor is very professional when speaking on the phone, and only wants what’s best for his customers, rather than make you an appointment to come on in, if the problem is solvable whilst on the phone with the customer, he tries his best to remedy the situation to save the customer time and money.
