They are networked with a solid payroll company and helped me get my payroll handled efficiently and hassle free. I prefer to use a regional bank that doesnt invest in derivatives (or pipelines or set up phony accounts) like the big national banks do and have done. I prefer a more local community conscious approach to banking. I did my research on regional banks and how they operate, how safe etc. Umpqua came out on top...and my day to day experience with them has been a great!
