Guillory Bruce I would like to start off by saying thank you to the Lendmark staff, especially Carmen. She was so down to earth and so transparent as a person I had just met. I can’t thank her enough for listening and understanding. When life happens and things we can’t control come into play it’s places like Lendmark and Carmen who showed not just integrity, but pure professionalism. She took the time to understand my situation and help to find a solution when most places would have just dim the lights even more. Nobody wants to be in unexpected situations, but Carmen related to the situation not only as a professional, but as a person who understands life in general. Once again thank you Lendmark and Carmen for being about customer service.

Michael Perelman Excellent customer service from the branch manager and employees.  Its definitely not a big bank atmosphere and they dont have a large staff - usually only one teller at a time.  There can be a decent line because of this, but the service is just so good I don’t mind.  Metered parking is on the street or behind in the large parking lot in the back.  There is also ONE space directly behind the back door.
