Took my case all the way to trial and got one count dropped and the one that went to the jury, he made sure he told what needed to be heard and we on the trial today! No words exist that I could use to properly express my gratitude to Mr. Somera and the way he handled my case to give me a second chance at life. I was arrested on a voluntary manslaughter charge amongst other things, and I say that in case any other families feel like there is no hope for themselves or their loved ones. This team gave me hope from the very start. Mr. Somera fought tooth and nail to get me sentenced to a rehabilitation program instead of prison. It was a drug related case, I was 18 years old, and made decisions that I wish every day I could take back. He worked so graciously, the amount of care I felt from him was something I had never experienced before. His professionalism and confidence in the courtroom was different from any other lawyers I’ve seen throughout fighting my case. I was a hot mess throughout the entire case, and he showed me that my life was worth fighting for. I have been sober now for 3 and a half years from fentanyl. Words cannot express how thankful I am for Mr. Somera and his team. He quite literally gave me a new start to life. Me and my family thank you endlessly!!!!
