Viktoria understood the challenge before me and helped me frame my argument before the judge. Viktoria kept me focused on the issues and pointed out a discrepancy in the judge’s Tentative Ruling (TR) that I did not notice. Viktoria coached me on how to address the discrepancy and how to phrase my issue to get the judge’s attention. Thanks to Viktoria’s coaching, the judge completely removed that portion of the TR.
