Its not all just strictly business. They are prompt at getting back to you if you have questions. Tim has regular reviews to check in on how your money is doing as well as any changes going on in your life. He also has half time meetings with all his clients with guest speakers on how the economy is doing and what you can expect in the future. We have learned a great deal going to these. They made the process so simple, They worked with my current retirement plans to prepare and rollover the funds. I had been initially working with Tim, and he explained and outlined the process, he gathered my information and went over my investment opportunities and, how to make the most of my retirement savings now and in the future. He was very knowledgeable and had me make a few changes to get the biggest benefit from my money and even helped guide me through Insurance options. Later, when I was ready to make the changes, I called and Tim was not available, so I spoke to Will, he was up-to-date on my file and together we completed the process. I was impressed that although Tim was not available, that someone was there to step right in without missing a beat.
