Nicholas Dantanavatanawong I was involved in a cycling accident where a driver was at fault. The driver was not covered by the trucks car insurance. Finding that out took 5 months as the drivers insurance dragged their feet. I was referred to Adam by another lawyer my spouse works with to get help. I was able meet with them within a day or so of calling. Adam and his team are very honest, kind, patient and helpful. They explained a lot of misconceptions I had about using my auto insurances uninsured motorist coverage in this accident (The main one being that my rates would increase which they did not). Throughout the process they kept me informed as to what was going on, I was never left wondering or needing to check in, they are very on top of things. I was also well briefed on the various steps we could take at each moment, still with great kindness and patience. They negotiated a very favorable settlement in my case with my insurance.
