I worked with Chris the loan officer to open my account, set up auto pays, refi my car loan and obtain a personal loan to consolidate things. Chris made this transition quick and easy! His professionalism was exemplary! Everything I was promised was followed through and followed up on by Chris. Every time I had a question it was easy to get in contact with him via phone, text or email! I also had the pleasure of working with a few other members who were also professional with wonderful customer service! Jim Fimbrez I had heard of One Main Financial, but had never had any person to person communication with them. I will say this, from the person that set an appointment to the, Merced office for me, to the representative that help me get my loan approved, were very curious, with very simple to understand various options & give you answers to any questions you have. They were so kind, they even reached out & went as far as mailing. W/stamp, a bill, I screwed up trying to pay it online. A very relaxing atmosphere, with everyone around that office, will help with any questions or anything, regarding your business there. The representative that helped me, was very efficient along with a easy to understand description of the segments in receiving the loan.
