1 /5 J K: I was the first one waiting at the door for them to open because I urgently needed to send a wire transfer out. After the teller asked what I needed to do, she proceeded to help other customers until there were not left then decided to help me. I was their first and in a hurry and they made me wait 20 mins.... poor customers service.
1 /5 Alton Brown: I’ve banked here for 18 years and it was a good bank a long time ago. The branch is fine but corporate customer service is absolutely awful. I can’t get anything done over the phone and have to go in to accomplish most things so I’m taking my business elsewhere.
5 /5 Lake Tahoe Pontoons: Again I don’t think they should have a low rating. They provide the best in Tahoe. No matter who helps me they are all great staff and ready to help. Jessica is who I have worked with more than the others. Very professional, ready to help and down to earth. They have helped me enormously with financing my new business. A loan and credit card with 0% interest for a year. Wow! You guys have helped with my being successful. I have asked about future loans and Jessica is ready to help when I am. Nice work US Bank Team! too bad others have had not so favorable experiences. I dont think Ill ever have one of those.
