Julie Yabumoto Marco Scalco has been doing my taxes for a few years. He is highly professional and efficient. I appreciate how quickly he files my taxes and how quickly my tax returns come. On my visit this tax season, he gave me very good advice on my investments. He not only knows taxes, but he gives great financial planning advice. He took the time to clearly explain things to me. I would give him more than five stars if I could. I sincerely appreciate how he took extra time to explain things to me. I plan to use his great advice so I can better plan my future and be better prepared for retirement.

Megan Davila I was really in a pinch today with the way banks are phasing out everyday consumers and Kat at California check cashing was an absolute doll today while helping me out. She made the process quick, easy and to the point. I really appreciate that this place is still around and there are people like Kat to help people like me! I would highly recommend them for check cashing and debit card access.

Marvin Price My earlier review was deleted. This specific branch denied to authorize the reversal of an overdraft fee of questionable legitimacy after being assured by managers at another branch that the issue would be solved. I was treated incredibly rudely on the phone by a female associate who informed me that at the direction of her GM she was unable to deliver this service I had been formally offered. When asked if the GM was available to speak to directly, I was merged with a brief pause and “he’s not available at the moment,” I asked when he would be available and after another pause I was told he would be unavailable the rest of the afternoon.
