They were kind and patient with me during a very difficult time. They have gone above and beyond to help me sort everything out. When it was time to write new policies in my name, they made it easy and advised me to make sure I had the coverage I needed and answered all my many questions. Good service and relationships are something I hold in high value. Im happy to be able to have my business with the Gomez Agency and enthusiastically recommend them to anyone who values being treated with the care and respect they showed me.

5 /5 Frank Hunt: Paperwork makes the world go around. As is typical, my mortgage company insisted on having my 38 year old address changed to exactly what "they" wanted. I contacted Farmers and was assisted by Alyssa. She simply suggested I send a picture of the letter and she would take care of the issue. Approximately 30 minuets later, I received a message that she had taken care of the issue, explaining what she had done to satisfy the requirements. Im beginning to really appreciate the excellent service Im afforded by dealing with the Ulises Gomez Farmers Agency and the excellent staff. Ulises has been our agent for several years, and he has worked with us to make sure we have a good deal for our home and auto policies.
