1 /5 L. Dillihunt: I would give 0 stars if I could. I am happy to hear that so many people has had a great experience with the Long Beach Office. I have had a horrible experience with Jana Hagekhalil and Leilanie Rosales. I reach out to this company to complete a living trust. From the first interaction I experienced unprofessionalism for the receptionist in Irvin (not returning my email to get an appointment after she emailed me first). When I was able to actually speck to a attrony, I mentioned to her (Jana) that this is a very sensitive time for my family and I. My daughters father had passed days earlier and I needed to complete a living trust for my daughter and I. From that point on every time I reach out very email or call with my questions and concerns I had to continue to follow up because neither Jana or Leilanie did not return my emails back. I literally have emails where I am asking the same questions titling the email (3rd and 4th request). I paid 1,800 to have my living trust done. I had one final question before I completed the process. I asked that question 2 times via email, no reply, then I called the office and was told that Jana will reach out to me. Of course you guessed it, she never did. Not until I called the office to ask for a refund, then the Reception in Irvine tell me she reached out to Jana and she was in the process of emailing me back. I would’ve never called the office and ask if she would have returned my email back that I sent three days ago. this is common practice for her as I would email and never get a reply back, so I have to continue to send the same email. this is unprofessional and I paid too much money to be treated this way. I spoke to Director Patrick this morning, and he mentioned that he would handle the situation. I hope he does because people do not need to be treated this Way. Treat others like you would like to be treated. when a person reaches out to ask a question please email them back or call them back. Now let’s see how long it takes for me to get a refund as I put in the request last night (via email) and called this morning. The reception is in Irvine at 9 o’clock in the morning mentioned there is no one to speak with me to process my refund.
