I was given paperwork to file at the court house that was incomplete and they did not catch they didnt give me the petition. I realized it MYSELF, and I began to call every 3 days to get this one piece of paper that was already completed at my consulting appointment. I was repeatedly lied to that the I would get a call back and the completed paperwork to file. What I got was ONE phone call that began as a conversation for my paperwork, but resulted in a email and text demand for a 15K retainer with no fee schedule, and no completed paperwork. When I reacted to this ridiculous behavior and questioned the objective of the firm, I was treated even worse. I then drove to their Sacramento office to find that it is only a small rented room in a office bank and not a staffed office. I am fearful of the sensitive information this firm has regarding me. My time has been wasted and my health harmed. The way I have been treated and ignored is abusive and alarming -- I consider them dangerous. Save yourself.
