1 /5 Celia Castro: My husband hire him for his case. And after moths working with we do not recommend him. Is really hard to contact him. When we signed contract they did answer the phone but now it’s been months and we cannot contact them. We do not know what is the status of my husband case. They do not answer the phone or emails. I strongly do not recommend him.

5 /5 Brianna Caldwell: Oliver has represented me for a few years in a high conflict case with a very wealthy, litigious, bloodthirsty attorney with whom I had two children. The case was dragged on and made endlessly more complicated than it needed to be by the other side, but Oliver has handled the case very well and has shown himself to be extremely diligent and competent. He is reliable, reachable, will meet with you on weekends, nights, early mornings- he has devoted his life to his practice and has been unwaveringly encouraging and supportive despite how difficult and blown out of proportion this case has been made. I cannot recommend him enough, and after working with about 6 different family law attorneys, can’t see myself trusting anyone else to handle the case as well as he has.

1 /5 George Mathew: I sent an email regarding this firm representing us, and followed up with a phone call the next day. The lady who answered the phone was the rudest I have encountered. She yelled at me multiple times, placed me on hold, wouldnt even let me explain anything. Mr. Gutierrez, Im not sure how you could have a person like this in your office be talking to clients so disrespectfully. I called in at 4:45, if you are able to pull the call please do so you can listen to the conversation. Definitely one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had.

5 /5 Elvia Rodriguez: As a current client of Oliver Gutierrez law firm since 2020 in a high conflict divorce and custody battle I can not express enough the professionalism and devotion his law firm upholds from early meetings , weekend meetings or just working late on your case in preparation for court hearings , he present himself accordingly in court very organized and composed I have seen other lawyer walk into court with a lucky shopping bag as for Oliver very profesional has all organized in binder’s and well presented. As for his paralegal I can not thank enough she has been a wonderful supportive asset she is very accessible and has great knowledge in the legal system but also in personal aspect I wouldn’t trust any other law office to handle my case I would greatly recommend Oliver Gutierrez and Astrid Maldonado to handle your court case as well.
