Lily Fung Jacob is by far the best attorney Ive had. I was looking for results, and surely he delivered. Professional, honest, humble, straight forward and upfront. He patiently listened to my concerns, and took time to clarify and answer all of my questions. Ultimately we were able come up with a plan that I was happy with, which he agreed. He was there every step of the way and walked me through the entire process, frequently touched base for updates. He always answered my calls, or got back to me the same day. By police error, the report showed " I rear ended " the other party. Who claimed to be " 100% not at fault" . Jacob was my voice of reason, with the evidence I provided. He brought justice to light and proved my innocence and show I was hit from the passenger side. I was able to get medical bills lowered substantially and the most out my policy. I could tell he cared and was in my best interest. Seeing the amount of effort he put forth in building a good relationship with his client . He is someone, I definitely would always want on my team. No Nonsense Norseman / Colt Hautamaki They advised me about an illegal eviction notice. Very helpful, though I had to write the letters and do the footwork for my specific problem. Thats ok with me since they helped to keep me from making mistakes that could have otherwise been costly or put myself in Legal trouble had I not followed their advice. I made a voluntary donation, but they never asked for any monetary compensation. Ill go here again if I ever have another Legal matter that Im not sure how to handle on my own.

David Grubman Passing of a loved one is hard. After you deal with the emotions of it, there is the financial clean up. I had the opportunity to work with Shannon Bio on my dad’s estate. Simple solutions for what I thought was a hard problem.
