5 /5 Nick Tripodi: Micha Rinkus is phenomenal! My situation is ongoing currently but over the past 1+ year she has done everything legally possible in the pursuit of justice for myself. She always keeps me informed and she does not break under the pressure and nonstop games played by the Butte County DA. If you want an attorney that will listen and believe in you- this is your best bet. Do not take the easy route ... The rest of your life depends on it! Would recommend to anybody who has been wrongly accused. Stay positive and confident knowing you have Micha and the rest of the office in your corner.

1 /5 Andrea baker: His office missed 3 court dates! He fired Robert Mackenzie who was my lawyer and told me in a voicemail he we refund all of my money, and a text telling me he sent me a check! He only sent me part of my file! And won’t respond to me!

1 /5 A R: Im just really disappointed with my experience with this office. They really let me down. I gave Mr. Bently $5,000 to write court documents for me. Although this was a lot of money I was confident that he knew what he was doing. I had to constantly call the office to get him to work on it(around 50 calls) most of the time i was unable to reach him. He said himself that he would need me on the phone while he worked on it, So he only spent a couple hours on my documents. 1 year later my documents were denied and mr Bently said it would cost me another $1500 to appeal it. I was homeless and broke. I borrowed the money from my family. If this was done correctly I would have been living happily with shelter and family but I had to live in my vehicle throughout the pandemic and not to mention I got covid 19. I wish they cared enough to not rip me off, I wish that mr. Bently treated this matter professionally and correctly.
