Debra Anderson Mr. Underwood is AMAZING. He cares about his clients and he knows the law very well and is an incredible strategist. Watching him in action before the judge and the defendants during a highly contested partition action was better than watching competitive sports. If I could have had pop corn in the court room and jumped up screaming every time he “scored,” I would have. But of course we can’t behave that way in court. His prices are worth every penny. Jesse Monzillo Elizabeth is a great family law attorney. Unfortunately the judge did not see everything I was asking for Elizabeth fought for it. She is also an advocate for children and has a solid understanding of the childrens needs during a dissolution of marriage. She will not simply take her clients side of its not in the childs best interest. Her retainer is very reasonable and was willing to allow me to make payments.
