PROVIDENCE Majesty Doll This is a very nice place but the manager needs to work on her customer service skills. When I arrived I was standing in line and unfortunately Reyna had to help me, and instead she said "You need to go to the sitting area where someone will help you as soon as they can." Pointing to the sitting area I walked over, sat there, watched Reyna help 3 other customers and aproximately 20 minutes later I got up and tried talking to the Supervisor but she was in a meeting. Long story short I bounced back and forth until finally Reyna sat with us in one of the back desks. Only to leave again to wash her hands and made us wait another 7minutes!! By now we had been in the bank too long and finally just to tell us she couldnt help us because I needed A 3rd identification after SHE SAID all I needed was my social and ID. It waS a total waste of time and the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. Watch out when you go there because they might think you are a Bouncing ball.

Gigi D I’ve been a member of FPCU since 1985 (yes, almost 40 years, when it was still Rockwell Federal Credit Union on Imperial Hwy, Downey) and their entire team have always been very courteous and helpful. I have never had a bad experience at FPCU, they provide top-notch service each time, whether it’s on the phone or in person, they are always courteous and friendly. Our closest FPCU location now is in Seal Beach, and Debra (the Manager) is always nice and friendly when I come in for my business, and Ernest is also courteous and helpful, and they have another Staff member whom I haven’t interfaced with yet. We’ve also bought a vehicle through their Autoland service in Downey (the first and only time we’ve bought from Autoland because we still have that car) in 2014. That experience was 100% stress-free, we selected our car and amenities, and the Autoland Rep contacted us when it was delivered to FPCU-Downey. We went inside to sign papers and we were trading in our old car, swapped keys, and we were out of FPCU within an hour. I would highly recommend Financial Partners Credit Union for all of your banking needs.

Dorothy Jackson I will begin with the responsiveness of this company. Every call that I have ever made to them has had a positive result, either in terms of investment choices or as it has related to lifetime business choices. They are a first-rate company, and they get to know their clients well enough to give solid economic advice at crucial times. I have trusted their advice as Ive made my investment choices for over fifteen years and have never known a better run business. Finally, they are personable and highly professional.

Michael Perelman Excellent customer service from the branch manager and employees.  Its definitely not a big bank atmosphere and they dont have a large staff - usually only one teller at a time.  There can be a decent line because of this, but the service is just so good I don’t mind.  Metered parking is on the street or behind in the large parking lot in the back.  There is also ONE space directly behind the back door.
