I wondered how much we could truly accomplish in 20 minutes. I got my answer. A lot. Richie validated my concerns, he gave me a map of the system. I would be dealing with. He pointed me in the direction of where I should stack my chips and focus my efforts. He sent me referrals & telephone numbers in an email, before our phone consultation was even finished. I am so grateful. Not only do I feel informed. Not only do I feel I have a right to have concerns. Not only do I feel less alone. I also feel, as I’ve already mentioned, like I now have a direction.. Richie B told me he has talked to over 2000 folks about the same issues. That history and that expertise showed up in every moment of our conversation. Maximize an outcome that bestows the greatest benefits to them! Communication is dismal! When you speak up and question their motives, crickets! I have sent a formal letter of termination to the lawyer; as acknowledged by the "case manager". As usual, no response confirming the end of our deplorable attorney-client relationship. This is not the resource to help you through one of the most tumultuous times in your life! These statements come directly from experience!

1 /5 J C Riv: I paid for a Platinum Attorney Consultation with Tenant Law Group, and my credit card was charged yet I never received the service. The link they sent never worked. I sent several test messages, emails, and even made phone calls, all of which were ignored. On the one occasion they did answer, they promised a callback that never came. Despite reaching out multiple times, I never got a response or a refund. I live in the San Francisco Bay Area, and this level of service is unacceptable especially coming from a law firm. They took my money and provided nothing in return. I trusted them with a legal matter, and instead, I was left completely abandoned. This is not just unprofessional it borders on unethical. Be cautious before giving them your trust or your money.
