Emily Lin Love this bank! The staff is always incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. They take care of what I need right away and always ask if there’s anything else they can help with. Security personnel are always friendly too. Staff always confirms the amount I’m requesting, counts it out for me, and offers an envelope and receipt. Jim Fimbrez I had heard of One Main Financial, but had never had any person to person communication with them. I will say this, from the person that set an appointment to the, Merced office for me, to the representative that help me get my loan approved, were very curious, with very simple to understand various options & give you answers to any questions you have. They were so kind, they even reached out & went as far as mailing. W/stamp, a bill, I screwed up trying to pay it online. A very relaxing atmosphere, with everyone around that office, will help with any questions or anything, regarding your business there. The representative that helped me, was very efficient along with a easy to understand description of the segments in receiving the loan.
