1 /5 Jennifer Hargett: One star is even too much for this company. I wish my mortgage loan would be sold to another company to be honest. These people are rude, ignorant and dont care about your situation.

1 /5 Blayke Murphy: I WISH I could give this mortgage company a 0 star review. The customer service does NOT exist at all. On my last billing cycle they duplicated my billing and I went from a $1200 mortgage payment to a $2400 mortgage payment. I have receipts from my payment in July and they still charged me in August for both months. I have reached out and called them 7-10 times in the last 48 hours with no response. I emailed them and finally received an email back just for the lady (Diana Palafox) to say there’s nothing wrong with my billing statement. I have since emailed her 3 times with receipts and photo proofs of payment and asking for a reasonable explanation as to why all of this is happening and now I am getting not a single response. This company is absolutely terrible and I would never in a million years recommend it to anyone ever. If you can AVOID this company at all costs. They are out here ruining peoples lives and they don’t even care. Not everyone can afford a double payment in one month. And regardless of if they can or not they should NOT have to. DO BETTER. If you get sold off to this company like I did I would highly recommend a refinance to a different and more private institution that won’t sell you out.

1 /5 D Samet “Minkvocal26”: S&N Servicing Corp. is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. Their customer service is practically nonexistent. They don’t answer phone calls or respond to emails. No matter how many times I try to reach them, I get no results. Specifically, Sherri McCovey emailed me and provided her extension. However, despite calling at least 6-7 times, I could never reach her. This company is a complete disappointment! They clearly do not care about customer satisfaction. I wish I had the option not to deal with them. If you have a choice when selecting your mortgage servicer, stay far away from S&N Servicing Corp.

1 /5 Nope Nope: My loan was transferred to your company and I was never contacted or provided with my new loan information. I wanted on hold for an hour and you hung up on me. How can I pay my mortgage if you refuse to give me my loan number???

1 /5 Caroline Weigle: Run as far away as possible... they make you feel as though you are a criminal when youve done nothing wrong. We had a traditional mortgage with Wells Fargo beginning 15 years ago, its been sold time & time again and this company is by FAR the WORST to deal with. Their customer service is infuriating to deal with and I cannot wait for our mortgage to be sold again, as it has 5 times over, so we can get away from these folks. IF our current interest rate wasnt so good wed be refinancing just to escape. From the initial sale of our mortgage to them theyve been deceitful in their notices and it truly seems set up to make you fail so they can place you in default & collect fees. I had to force them to take a payment because the on-boarding process took so long and a double or triple payment is NOT in our budget. Theyve raised our payment for ZERO reason and despite reminding them that we are merely mortgage holders, they display the predatory practices of a debt collector. ZERO STARS for this company.
