The case took a while to finish, but Avi remained as dedicated to our case as when we first hired him. It is because of him we won our case. I know we wouldnt had been able to without him. He said losing was not an option, and he proved his words true. Thank you Avi for giving us your time, dedication and expertise. Also, avi always replied to us in less than 24 hours whenever called or emailed, made time specifically to review things in granular detail for us per our request, and worked with us even when wed get frustrated at the other partys delay tactics. I retained him on a limited scope to represent me, and after our initial court appearance (which we unfortunately didn’t win), I spoke with him about continuing to represent me moving forward. He agreed and said we would speak the following Monday so he could begin working on and filing the necessary motions by Wednesday. We communicated both by phone and email. In his email, he outlined the work he would do and the estimated hours it would take. I waited for an invoice or any follow-up—nothing. No email, no invoice, no update. I gave it a few days, thinking he might be busy, but still heard nothing. I followed up several times by phone and email with no response. The following week, I had someone else call him. He actually picked up and gave a vague answer about when he would get back to me—but again, nothing came. At first, I assumed he might be overwhelmed with personal matters, but in the end, the complete lack of communication and disregard for professional follow-through was incredibly disappointing. This is not how a professional should handle clients or commitments. My Opinion, just look around before deiciding on Avi.

At the last minute, the Seller refused to sign the Escrow Closing Documents and began making unreasonable demands, including asking us to sign a "Settlement Agreement and General Release" document before they would agree sign. They kept delaying the process by making multiple demands to Escrow and involving multiple attorneys of their own after the Closing Date. We turned to Avi Sinai, Esq. of Sinai Law Firm, a highly skilled and assertive Real Estate attorney, who immediately understood the seriousness and took control of the situation. He drafted and submitted a Demand to Close Escrow letter and engaged directly with the Sellers third attorney to compel them to proceed with closing. We were fully prepared to file a lawsuit, and had the Seller continued to stall, we would have retained Sinai Law Firm to represent us in court. Thanks to his expertise and persistence, we were ultimately able to close on the property. His legal fees were very reasonable and was a worthwhile investment to protect our interests. If youre dealing with a real estate dispute, a non-cooperative Seller, or legal complications during escrow, I highly recommend Avi Sinai. Hes responsive, strategic, and knows how to get results.
