Sierra Escrow - Mammoth Lakes (CA)

1 /5 E Rogers: Use another escrow company! We used Sierra Escrow for our condo closing. Paula Freeman at Sierra Escrow used our funds from the closing to pay the new owners taxes through June 30, 2019 (taxes we dont owe past the closing date of October 11th). We brought the error to her attention and she was adamant that she "had done her job" and that we should get a refund from the assessors office. The assessors office says they dont process refunds and that the escrow company should have prorated the taxes. There are plenty of Escrow companies in Mammoth, use one of those!

5 /5 Scott Allison: Recently closed on a purchase and used Sierra Escrow. This group was always professional and willing to answer questions via phone and email. I visited their office in person once after close and they were quick to pull up my file and answer my questions about a refund check. Jordyn and Gertie offered clear communication and worked quickly to help us close escrow early. I strongly recommend this business and will use their service again if given the option.
