Gail DeLane Sarah Anzano was so kind and wonderful. I didnt have an appointment and she generously helped me. Shes a branch manager so certainly she didnt have to do this. She not only opened my account, she made sure the credit union app was properly installed on my phone and showed me how to use it. Melissa S Polam Federal Credit Union has saved me many, many times; and, I’m not even a member! My credit union is based in Southern California. Many of the CUs here have stopped providing services such as cashier’s checks. Thankfully, Polam is not one of them. The gals who assist me are always so kind and patient.
