My case was mainly a osteoarthritis case, one of the tougher types to win. He helped me develop strategy, including using an outside therapists report, to help me win. Michael Weeks This past July I was 69 years old with no criminal record of any kind when I made what I felt was an honest mistake in trespassing onto federal property, and was arrested for a Type A Misdemeanor.
