1 /5 R M: They need to be better at answering the phone and returning calls. Have been trying to reach them and they never pick up the phone nor they return messages.

1 /5 Brian Thomas: Was a customer for over 10 years. But since March, they cancelled my policy after I tried to add another vehicle. Ive since tried calling and received no answers to either their office line or the owners phone line. Everything goes to voicemail with no return calls. Showed up at their office today, the sign at the door says "due to security reasons" theyre not allowed to let anyone inside. It gives phone numbers to call but they all go to voicemail. They must be out of business?
