1 /5 Wise Aria: I have been doing my taxes with Sandeep for couple of years, but not sure what went wrong, but he delayed my taxes with an extension since mid April, charged me for it (which I was fine with it) and since then hardly answered my calls and kept delaying until it’s been over two weeks he doesn’t even pick up my calls anymore and playing this hide in seek game with me without giving a reasonable response like an adult if anything is wrong with him or he’s on vacation or not feeling well, but not responding any of my calls for weeks several times a day is very unprofessional. Hope to get any response or call from you Sandeep because all my calls keep going to voicemail which makes me believe you added my number to a block list probably?

Fred Ortanez Spoke with a banker/employee named Alexander Sanchez, and he was wonderful and polite. Even though his computer stalling and delaying while he was starting our application for a loan; he was very detailed and informative on our account. He worked through his lunch I believe even his manager was mad he didn’t take his lunch, but he was committed to complete our application. I wish more bankers were like him. A++ service in my book. I hope all Patelco branches have their employees put customers first too. Makes us feel appreciated. I feel so bad for the employee. His management was adamant on him rushing the process, but he was great in every way. And we opened a checking and savings account too just because he was so very kind and understanding.
