1 /5 Conrad Caguimbal: I am writing to express my concern regarding the handling of my case. Since Ms. Ferrah Wallace took over from Dario, there has been little to no communication with me regarding the progress of my matter. The lack of responsiveness and professional follow-up has been extremely disappointing. I have not received updates, guidance, or any form of meaningful communication, which has left me frustrated and dissatisfied with the level of service I am receiving. At this point, I expect clear communication and a professional resolution moving forward. Please let me know how this issue will be addressed and who will be my direct point of contact.

He is super nice and he made sure to communicate with me regularity on the case and any critical updates. Lyan at the office was also very helpful and always answered my questions relating to my case and made me feel more comfortable about my representation. Also every visit they always treated me for coffee and a donut so thats always a plus :) great staff overall and really great service. I would definitely recommend their law firm. They really care about their clients.
