1 /5 kristin horton: Steve at Santa Barbara Health Insurance Services is very arrogant and rude. I contacted him by email and phone since his partner Robs email stated that Rob was on vacation and to contact Steve. Steve told me he was somewhere with no phone service. Days later he told me he couldnt log into his computer remotely and left me hanging for a week with no quotes. When I finally got him on the phone, he immediately took a rude tone. I then discovered that his firm put my firm on the wrong type of plan for several years... which is poorer coverage and more expensive. When I pointed this out to him, he did nothing to fix it and instead rushed to end the call. Apparently Steve expects to be paid without working or treating the customer with respect.
