I have been sued by my very own Brother who is very unhappy with the way our mother wrote her living Trust and her amendments to it Holding him responsible for debt he owed. Since my mother was gone he decided to come after me and accuse me of serious wrong doing to cover up the facts of his debt and try to find a way to make me look like I did wrong. I hired an attorney in the Beginning of the law suit who charged me lots of money and did nothing to defend me properly. I knew I had to replace her and I finally started looking for new counsel.
