Marlene Smith Catherine has been the best insurance agent I’ve honestly ever had. From the subtle kind gesture of sending me delicious cookies after becoming my agent from day 1, to helping me through a claim that happened on private property & holding my hand through it all as my first incident to being an overall amazing agent by keeping me well informed & her honesty. She never hesitated to be there when I needed her, had questions or needed answers or something fully explained-she was there to make sure I fully understood policies & she does it with patience & great customer service. You can tell she truly cares about her clients & her efforts show! Unfortunately State Farm raised the prices in Jan 2025 for California & Oregon, which increased my monthly premium nearly $50 & it was already at $300 a month for full coverage auto & renters bundle. I was doing what I could to keep my agent, however found another insurance that offered the same premium, coverage & deductible for $150 less at $210 a month & I could not refuse financially. This has been one of the hardest things for me to adjust to, as I already Miss Catherine & my State Farm customer service. Financially though, I couldn’t justify it. I sure do hope I can return at a later time & get Catherine back. She’s amazing.

Boss Hog I came in today and was helped out by and awesome person whos name is daniel. He helped me get my auto insurance taken care of and explained to me how it works. Thanks you so much Daniel!! You came through for me and helped me get back on the road for a cheap price. I appreciate your help and for anyone in need of insurance come check them out. They know what there doing and can get you the coverage your looking for!!!

Beryl Kern the service that I get from this office is second to none. I am a snowbird so a lot of my concerns need to be done remotely and Im lucky enough to have a wonderful connection there with Elsa whom is extremely efficient and quickly responding to any concerns I may have. I couldnt do it without her there. I have now transferred my park model insurance to her office because I trust her advice. regards, Beryl
