1 /5 Ryansmithtattoo Anion: With this company for a decade. Customer service went down the drain and prices went through the roof. Wallet got stolen , locked all my cards, one payment got canceled because card was locked. Tried to pay with new card but now I have to pay full policy up front after never missing or being late on one payment. So I say no and go to State Farm for half price. Then they send not me the account holder but my wife to collections even though she never had insurance with Allstate. Never told us we owed money just sent it to collections. Can’t produce any documents that my wife signed because she never did sign any. Long story short I’ll never do business with Allstate again. State Farm took me right away for a great price and also said that other people have been going through this as well.

3 /5 Steve Mallard: Ive been with Allstate since around 1960. I have enjoyed the product and the service from since 1960 up until about 19. 85, excuse me, two thousandand 5. Youre a whole attitude has changed since then. It seems like no one really knows least. The agents dont know exactly what theyre selling and what its for. I have only turned in probably 3 claims. Since then, but each time the last 2 claims have always been a major fight with them. And in fact, the last claim was just a year ago and I still havent been paid on that. Nor do I expect to be because theyve changed their policy without changing my policy in writing. I have tried the contact Mr. Garza about this. Wanting to talk to him and I fact Ive emailed them and gone down there and made personal reqwest. And to this date, he has not returned anyone of my? I think 6 calls are my 3 in person visits. So I really cant blame the agents when the person that leads them doesnt have any respect for his clients.

1 /5 Miguel: I was not greeted with respect when I walked into the office. There was no presence of any agents. After about a minute, a lady showed up and just asked me "what do you need?" instead of welcoming me into the office. I went there to cancel my policy because the insurance company raised my policy and it was more than 200% increase, which is surprising to me since I dont have any tickets on my record. I had an accident months ago but it wasnt my fault and no one was injured. Minor accident of just a touch. I was then directed to an office there where there was a lady that mistreated me, she was making offensive gestures while she was speaking to me. On top of that, she was pointing at me. I only said my name and nothing else, she was confusing me with another person. I did not say my policy number or my full name and she was already saying how bad of a driver I am without even asking me for my full name or policy number. Her tone was very discriminatory and offensive as if I was her enemy. Never said a single bad word. I expressed to her that her attitude was condescending and that she should not be mocking people. Her response was that thats how I behave and thats just your opinion" Then she said if I cant help you then bye, bye. I spoke to the supervisor there and he was a gentleman. I respect him, very humble and he listened to me. I wont come back. Truly dissapointed !

1 /5 leo Carrillo: Went in to pay my payment they took the money every thing seemed fine a few days later got email stating that they returned my payment I had informed them that I would be a some days late because I was out of state on the road they advised me no problem when I received the notice I went into the office requesting to talk to Roy Garza the owner or have him call me I did this 2 times I dont know if the girl gave him the messages I havent heard from him. Then I started to get email from you I called the office and talked to the same girl and she states the reason why getting the email is because my home coverage is still in effect she offered to take me off the list I asked her to do that for me since I was going to drop Allstate all together no matter how long Ive been with Roy Garza 20yrs plus

5 /5 Ale Fischer: Me and my husband rushed in at near closing time (hes a plumber so we dont even know what time hell get home) and they stayed open longer to ensure we had insurance before we left they were super nice and extremely knowledgeable and patient.
