1 /5 John Starrett: I have been exceedingly unsatisfied with the "services" offered from Dinan and Associates. On many occasions they have failed to communicate the matters of my case with me. My repeated attempts to contact their office always must first be funneled through their answering service. While the answering service personnel are polite and professional, it often takes as long as 10 minutes just to get the offices voicemail box.
As far as the law firm itself goes, they never call me to communicate whats even going on. For a service Im paying $100/hour for I would expect, at minimum, a courtesy call from time to time.
In the end, being entirely off put by poor office management, I ended up requesting a full refund of my retainer. Of course, I have been promised said refund would be posted by a certain day, it has failed to be delivered as stated.
This office is great at telling you exactly what you want to hear, and fail to deliver an anything at all. If your attorney shopping, I advice you pass this one over and find more reputable and respected legal representation.
