I know my insurance situation is complex, as I move around the West 3-4 times a year, and often I dont even know when Ill be moving until the week of due to my work schedule. Figuring out health insurance used to be the worst headache. He took my complex situation in stride, and made things very easy for me. 5 /5 Don Garrett: My previous insurance agency cancelled due to fire risk but Farmers was able to insure me no problem.These guys came to my house and gave me an accurate price on my home owners insurance. Adam was a huge help and explained every aspect of my policy. I feel very educated and confident in my homeowners policy now and i know whats covered and whats not covered. Adam also answed all my questions and worked hard to find every possible option for my needs and wants in my policy. He also saved me a lot of money by combining my auto insurance so in the end I got better coverage and saved money. Win win on this one for me.

1 /5 Leonard Land: So I called Robert directly as he is the owner of the agency. I was thinking Id use a local insurance person, to keep my business local. He asked me all the questions needed to apply for life insurance. What prescriptions am I taking, family history etc. We were on the phone for a good 25 minutes. At the end of all the questions, he asked what my email address was and said he send me one after the phone call and follow-up with a couple of life insurance offers. He never emailed me after the call and I never heard from him. After all the personal questions to qualify me, not a word from him. I dont understand how a business person can operate this way. Very disappointing!! I checked my spam folder and nothing. He has my phone number, in any case. I certainly do not recommend this company.

I was a first time participant and he very thoughtfully helped me work through the process of determining the appropriate retirement income level to declare and how that would best fit into the best Medical coverage plan possible. He had suggestions that I would never have been able to figure out doing it myself. I highly recommend him and appreciate his help.
