5 /5 Andrea Reis: Robert Moore was the best decision I made when I needed help for my childs safety. My child was in a dangerous situation. I had trouble providing proof to show the court my reasoning for being concerned for my child. There wasnt physical abuse, it was mental abuse being done and that is very hard to prove in court. It was a "he said, she said" court battle for years. Even after the judge would agree with some of my concerns, it would still be ordered to give the other parent and his spouse an opportunity to do better. It did not get better! After speaking with Mr Moore, he 100% agreed that we needed to protect my child in this situation and stop any more damage from happening. I had so much anxiety, fear and doubt that this would not be resolved in the best interest for my child because of all the denials by judges in the past. Mr Moore explained in detail the process and eased my worries that this will soon be over. He was right! My child now has the ability to choose when she wants to visit. She is no longer forced to be in a hostile, unhealthy, dysfunctional living situation. Also, when she is visiting, if a "situation" happens during the visit my child gets to leave. Not be forced to stay in the surrounded negativity. Mr Robert Moore was the absolute BEST for my family. THANK YOU! We are truly grateful! We can now focus on healing, moving on and understanding that we cannot change who they are as people. We can be happy, healthy and positive for our families future.

1 /5 Ashley Doupe: Our Placer County lawyer declined the case once we went to trial due to medical reasons and the long commute. This left us scrambling two weeks before trial to find a new lawyer in Amador. We scheduled a phone consult immediately after court. We were frazzled and overwhelmed and fearful. Hiring a lawyer is scary enough because you don’t know if you’ll be over-billed or if they will be diligent enough with your case. There is so much on the line. It was NOT made clear to us that we should call in for the consult. We had spoken to the office on speaker so we both had the same understanding; they would call my husband. He even confirmed it would be the same number on the caller ID so he would know to answer because he would be at work. It was never told to us that failure to call results in being dropped and you cannot reschedule, even though this is allegedly a strict office policy. He texted me every few minutes and kept saying no call, no call. I told him at 11:10 to just wait until 11:30 and call them because maybe they were held up in court or on another call or in a meeting. Lawyers are busy and we are so desperate for counsel in an area with very limited options so we are trying not to make waves. He called at 11:30 and was told he was supposed to call in and that it’s against company policy to reschedule. Of all the lawyers we have had to deal with through the last 6 months not a single one has asked us to call them. It didn’t even cross our minds that we could have misunderstood. We would have paid a convenience fee or a consult fee for having to reschedule for our misunderstanding or anything that could have been worked out, but we were met with a hard no and for the first time were told it is office policy not to reschedule. If you are scared and fearful and stressed about your legal situation this is not the lawyer for you. They are rude. They are not personable. They do not care about you as a person or your case.

1 /5 KC Margolis: I have read the previous reviews. After our one on one first hand experience with Bob Moore there is absolutely no way those reviews are not contrived. That is not to say 20 or 30 years ago he might have been more proficient in his practice of Law. His assistant when under the gun admitted to his billing practices for work that he in fact he did not perform. The information provided by Mr. Moore is that his wife had dementia and had gotten the keys to their car and ran into a tree. She allegedly/supposedly was injured and hospitalized.This resulted in him deciding not to practice law any further. We wish we would have followed through with the negative report filed by the California Bar. If you are considering using Mr. Moore’s services as he might have decided to continue to practice law I am implore you to please look at his background, apply due diligence. He has had his license allegedly revoked and suspended. We were misrepresented and a substantial money grab took place. Setting the case back and doing more harm than good. What is deplorable now that the dust has settled and hindsight is 20/20 these actions were methodical and premeditated. My sincere motivation for writing this review is to save any potential innocent client from being allegedly ripped off as we were. In addition if you are a party to a historical case that was mishandled and demands investigation you have two years from the time of the incidences. Summarily this information can be useful if the timeline proves to be appropriate.
