1 /5 ROTHIN MANANDHAR: I would have put 0 star review if I could . I called this office so that they can help my client with a eviction process and guess what, they donot want the business. The receptionist is so rude and lazy that she doesnot have patience writing the clients 10 digit phone number. Moreover, I called again and spoke to the Richard, the attorney and he makes an excuse that he spoke to me before and we had the same issue of getting the phone number of the client. HAHA. How difficult is it for some one to get a 10 digit phone number and make a call when you are getting free business. I am stunned. They simply donot care about their clients and if they have this kind of business practice in the beginning of a phone call conversation, how will they help any one during the process. Donot call them or give any piece of business to them. I am going to stay away from this law office for life. I am glad to have this experience from day 1 . Thank You.

My friend reached out for legal help regarding a foot injury and made a simple mistake—he accidentally put the year of the incident as 2005 instead of 2025. Rather than clarifying this obvious typo, the lawyer responded with an incredibly unprofessional and offensive text, stating: “Dear R*, it was 20 years ago. No one can help you & your report is bizarre, which doesn’t help and gives the impression of a serious disorder. Wish you well in finding peace. Richard Alexander.”* Instead of asking, “Did you mean 2025?”—which would have taken a moment of decency and common sense—he jumped straight to insulting my friend’s mental state. That’s not only insensitive, it’s unethical. If this is how potential clients are treated for a small, honest mistake, it’s clear this office never had any intention of offering help in the first place. This kind of judgmental and dismissive behavior is exactly what gives the legal profession a bad name.
