Daniel Beltran The initial phone call was completely unprofessional. The person was outright rude, raising their voice at me while I was simply trying to ask basic questions. They showed zero interest in hearing about my situation and immediately told me to make an appointment with the attorney, quoting a $3,500 fee—without offering any clarity on whether they would even consider taking my case. I expected at least a minimum level of courtesy and professionalism.
