Nicole Obie I needed a loan immediately! I requested $500. Not a big amount, just what was needed. Read their frequently asked questions and their answers. They claim to be non-discriminatory, however, after I input all of my personal information and hit submit, I was denied and some message about try another lender came up. What?! You cant apply over the phone either. Back to this loan....I bring home a good income and could have easily repaid the loan. A good and fair loan company would have approved you for a lesser amount PERIOD!!! Terrible company to get your personal information and add an extra inquiry which is negative on my credit report. One day I will have a business to actually help people and I will not need your credit or personal info other than your need! FACTS!!

Adriana Fernandez I‘ve been trying for 3 days to get a payoff for a customer I have yet to receive a call back from the person in charge Jesus Castro. They just keep giving me the run around on the phone when it seems pretty simple. So whats such a shame the games they seem to be playing Ill never understand why industries that rely on human interaction never invest in actually making that a pleasant experience. Bad business practice all I can say stay away.
