The Arcata branch (our home branch) staff always has a smile and an answer for any of your banking questions. A manager almost always comes out to make sure everyone is taken care of and happy. We also like their dog of the month program - it lends a personal touch.

Big Tim This place is great, they gave me a loan when I needed money!!! But you need a personal check to give them and a bank statement that gets a direct deposit
