1 /5 Borii Bori: I would love to rate this insurance company a negative negative 0!!! I have been with State Farm since January of 2025 and literally each month my monthly car insurance payment was different each time they’re constantly changing things on the policy without letting you know or without your consent of course they have no explanation on why your insurance is going up for no reason. Now my car insurance with State Farm went up $200 extra so that’s $800, no accidents no tickets so I am so confused on to why my insurance keeps increasing. They definitely don’t care about you as a customer, They tell you one thing just to get you and then later down the line it was a complete lie! I would not recommend for anybody not even my worst enemy!!!!

Phil hires people who instinctively know the importance becoming a family-like operation offering family-first, start-to-finish service. Take Monica for instance, one of his latest hires: This young bundle of energy patiently listened to my problem, repeated what Id told her so that we both had a clear understanding of the dilemma, and then she began guiding me patiently (all the while keeping a good sense of humor alive!) to a detailed (yet simply stated) resolution plan. She made understand that it would take her 2 to 3 days to resolve the problem completely because of how necessary information would have to be updated step-by-step insuring that the problem that I had would REMAIN resolved. Thats the kind of service I have enjoyed from Phil, himself, and from everyone of his associates for over thirteen years. Stand in line, if necessary, to become a client of Mr. Phil Goodges.
