1 /5 donald hill: Delayed responses, Poor communication. Requested multiple times same documentation. Received an inaccurate property appraisal and never received a revised appraisal. Team Leader Veronica Rocha never responded to emails or voice mails. Better providers.

1 /5 April Tabarez: Worst customer service. They asked for the same documents multiple times. They take two days to review documents. I provided check stubs and was told I needed to provide more than the check stubs due to them saying they could not verify them. Worst bank

1 /5 Performance Motorwerks: BEWARE. Not friendly to self employed for loans! The website says bank statements are an accepted form of income verification then after applying and being pre approved I am told the policy is tax return only. Waste of an inquiry!

1 /5 B Cottmann: I opened an account and applied for a auto loan. My fico score 800+. I have zero debt. 40 years of history.35% down payment. I own a business that pays me very well. They opened the account and never followed through with the auto loan at all. Not a return call or email. The just fell off the face of the world. I almost sent the sheriff to see if the entire branch was being held hostage. They sure created a mess on my end. Stay away from this location until they have diffrent management. I applied at a diffrent credit union and had the approval and the deal fully funded in 15 min. I have Penfed 2 weeks. Ugh!!!

1 /5 Jaime Muñoz: Worst credit union I have ever had. I can’t even log into my account because I don’t have my previous number anymore. I am a military member and I move around a lot sorry that my number changes from time to time. I call them and they’ll me to submit a document and they’ll fix my account for me, so I do it and they’ll tell me it isn’t enough information. Only reason I have this cu is because it’s one of two banks that you can finance with in Guam using a VA loan. Never again will I use this credit union.
