Sparky Tahuna Marlene has been doing our taxes for the last 7 years and has always done a great job. I believe I get the most return possible and have never been disappointed with the outcome. I have made calls to her throughout the year with questions, sometimes not even directly related to my tax return and she has always graciously given me information on the laws or how that may or may not affect my taxes at the end of the year. Melissa S Polam Federal Credit Union has saved me many, many times; and, I’m not even a member! My credit union is based in Southern California. Many of the CUs here have stopped providing services such as cashier’s checks. Thankfully, Polam is not one of them. The gals who assist me are always so kind and patient. Stefani Re I switched to Savings bank of Mendocino, Lakeport recently and it’s been a breath of fresh air!! Banking there is made so easy, the online banking is so easy to use verses my prior bank. The ladies who work there are so sweet, Miranda is particular is always there when I need help!
