The team went over and beyond expectation as they thoroughly reviewed every term even researching anything potentially problematic. Patrick Warren Leif did an amazing job with my case. ( A customer sued my custom wheel business because of shipping damage caused by UPS) First of all, We won the case, which of course is the most important thing!! But also he was friendly and understanding to me and my case. I felt that he really believed in me and believed that I was in the right. Leif did a great job of explaining the law to me and he gave me realistic expectations of what would happen in court. He put together an air tight defense and covered all possible arguments against me. He also coached me on how to properly answer questions while on the witness stand. Leif was very professional with the judge and seemed to have earned her trust! Now I am going to have Leif re-write my purchase terms and warrantee to help prevent future customers from suing me for things like this that are not under my control.

Q-Man Cobra Scott Mitchell is an amazing family lawyer. He gave me free advice in 2018 for divorce. Then represented me in 2024/25 for child custody. I am the Father and he helped me get custody and move out of State with my 2 kids. Scott is compassionate. He became very knowledgeable with all the details of the case. Nicholas If you want the best, hire Tim. A number of years ago, my police officer boyfriend assaulted me in my own home. I called the police who took my boyfriend aside and convinced him to spin this against me. They then arrested me for assault, despite the fact that I had defensive wounds. Through Tims extensive forensic evidence connections, we were able to get the recordings of the responding officers talking my boyfriend into pressing charges against me and coaching him what to say. This was difficult, as the police "accidentally" deleted the files, but Tims people were able to recover the recordings. Despite this, the judge allowed the DA to suppress this evidence. Even with all this against me, Tim was still able to get the charges against me dropped. I can only imagine what would have happened to me if not for Tims expert defense. I would have lost my job, my professional license, and been sent to prison for assaulting an officer. This would have destroyed my life. Hire Tim. He will give you a no B.S. assessment of your situation and your options, and will vigorously defend you. Trust me, you do not want to risk your life with a Public Defender or a cheap/inexperienced attorney. Go with the best; go with Tim.
