Sophia Hanke I was informed on the phone since I submitted a dispute I would have to get a new card from a branch. When I received the phone call from corporate it was already 1:30 on a Saturday. I looked for the closet branch and found this one, they were going to be closing at 2pm. I went in and was greeted. I sat down and waited. At around 1:45/1:50 James was able to help me get a new debit card. He was so friendly. I apologized for coming in last minute and he assured me that it was okay. He didn’t rush me and was really polite. This was my first time experiencing this branch and he did a wonderful job! Thank you James!

But since its a credit union, I know my money is being re-invested into my community instead of the pockets of billionaire CEOs and the prison industrial complex. Investing your money in a credit union is a moral decision that directly helps ordinary people and organizations in your local community. Im proud to be a resident of Richmond and proud to have my money in a local credit union. Also the owner at this local branch is a cool dude.
