This law farm had someone come to my house to sign’s papers. I was banged up and my car was totaled. They have different departments for each need and each person that called me informed me of what their job was in this hectic process. They took away the headache of me dealing with my insurance for my loss payout, guided me on whether to sign certain items from other parties, set up awesome physical therapist close to my home before I could ask “where is it located. I don’t wanna go far” they replied “ we already searched your address and it’s 3 miles away”. Teresa (handled my insurance company matters) Sophia (my case manager) and Maria their 1st point of contact who came to my home). Robin sent me a large gift box as a thank you with a letter explaining more details of what to come step by step. Honestly, I couldn’t ask for more so far. It’s been a month since my accident and so far so good.
