Kim Bigham This review is too long in coming. Thank you Amy. Back in 2004, you knew me as Kim Derry. Back then, I had a 6 year old little girl named Ali. Shes 27 now. Shes always been my driving force. With all of the facts, you got HER supervised visitation until she turned 12. She didnt know what THAT meant but I did. At 12, a kid can voice what THEY WANT. And she .... Amy, she stood up for herself. She went 1x a month for dinner. She WANTED for her dad to WANT to spend time with her. But he never fought FOR HER. I couldnt help her with college. Her dad refused. Many things happened....But heres the result. In April 2024. she graduated with honors from CBU. Debt free. Two weeks before graduation, she got a job offer from Blue Jay Physical Therapy (shes a therapist there). She took it. And 3 weeks later, she (as a single woman and not many 26 y/o single females are able to buy homes in California) closed escrow. And a few months later, she paid cash for a brand new SUV. Her dad had absolutely NOTHING to do do with all of that. But you protected HER (& me because I would have done ANYTHING to protect her...u did it for me). Thank u for ...EVERYTHING!!!

One of the most important things your lawyer should do for you is put you at ease and make you feel confident that theyre going to take care of you, Bill (he insisted I call him Bill) did that right from the beginning. He talks straight to you in a way thats very relatable and easy to understand. He delivered a win for me in a situation that seemed hopeless, my divorce was complicated, to say the least. As impressed and grateful as I am with what he accomplished for me, what Im most thankful for is the peace of mind I have, believing that Bill gave me the best outcome that was possible. Trust me, I know what Im talking about, theres nothing worse than feeling like you dont trust your lawyer and nothing better than feeling that you do. Im sure Im not an exception, I believe he treats all of his clients with the same genuine care and service. His staff was very professional and did a great job communicating and keeping me informed. Perhaps the best measure of my feelings would be to ask myself, would I hire him again, would I recommend him to my friends or family? To that I would genuinely and emphatically answer... YES! Casey Marticorena is not only the best woman for job to represent me as my attorney but she also showed empathy, kindness, and she is a fearless in the court room.
