Fred Ortanez Spoke with a banker/employee named Alexander Sanchez, and he was wonderful and polite. Even though his computer stalling and delaying while he was starting our application for a loan; he was very detailed and informative on our account. He worked through his lunch I believe even his manager was mad he didn’t take his lunch, but he was committed to complete our application. I wish more bankers were like him. A++ service in my book. I hope all Patelco branches have their employees put customers first too. Makes us feel appreciated. I feel so bad for the employee. His management was adamant on him rushing the process, but he was great in every way. And we opened a checking and savings account too just because he was so very kind and understanding.
