They took my case and through the workers compensation case Belen Esqueda in El Segundo has been my point of contact. She calls and emails me on a regular basis to ensure I am updated with any new information. This process is very stressful but Belen is always available for my questions and gets back to me promptly should I leave a message or send an email, to help me understand where we are in the process.
