B Moran I worked with John Peakes Insurance Agency when I moved back to CA in 2011. For reasons of convenience and "life" I changed to another agency at one point. No issues, just circumstances. I just reached back out to my "old agent" who is now a manager and greeted me as if she had spoken with me last week. We picked up where we left off years ago. After a horrible two years of incompetent customer service with my Blue Shield Medicare supplement (involving one of my doctors never getting paid by Blue Shield despite Medicare authorizing the charges), I looked around and switched to State Farm last year. A small snag came up, Raul looked into it and fixed it right away! I hadnt known that State Farm offers Medicare supplement plans, but they do and Raul and his team provide the best customer service I have received. Thank you, Raul and Jennifer!
