Jennifer Errande The on-site notary at the Santa Monica Fidelity location, Brooke, was very helpful in completing the paperwork needed to grant me power of attorney over my aging fathers account, which he granted me years ago but I never filed the papers for. I need to say however, through no fault of the Santa Monica branch, Fidelity is very quick to place restrictions on the accounts of elderly people, which I find atrocious. As I get older, I will have to be sure to either keep up with rapidly changing technologies or transfer the management of my assets to one of my two technically savvy children. Sad, but thats how it appears the world is changing.

Randy Marsh I had my taxes done by Gary Moran for 15 years until he retired. Gary did an outstanding job. When he left he sold his business and customer list to California accounting. I gave them my taxes in January and in April got a call from a temp that they hired that said that she was working from home in Elk Grove. My taxes were barely completed on time and not done anywhere near as well as before. I ended having a significant payout and discontinued my relationship the following tax year
